The property has the capacity to cater for large groups and families; yet elegant enough for a romantic getaway. This home is a four bedroom two bathroom single story house which sleeps 8 people comfortably. There are two living areas, there is one indoor terrace and one outdoor barbecue area. Guests can park their cars outside in a number of spots. The home has been newly renovated with state of the art kitchen and bathrooms, so for any special events we can suggest a catering service. There is one outdoor terrace with remarkable views over Armidale.
Located on three acres looking over Armidale, this property can also accomodate for people travelling with horses! The house is located 5 minutes from the town, with two horse stables and a tac room. Whether you are up for the local derby, cutting challenge or polo tournament, Belmont can cater for you. Our property is renowned for hosting the likes of a number of Polo Players, which enjoy the comforts of a large home and letting their horse out in the surrounding paddocks. Belmont is truly unique!

Book Your Stay
Cancellations & Refunds
Guests are graced with a seven (7) day cancellation period for bookings of up to two nights. Due to the high volume of guests at Belmont, we will allow guests to obtain a full refund if cancellation is made outside the week of their stay. This allows guests to nominate a period of stay weeks in advance and cancel for any reason outside the stipulated time. However, if your stay with us is over three nights or more our standard terms and conditions apply which are linked to our page. Also located in our terms and conditions are our refund fees and cancellation fees if you are to cancel within the above stipulated periods.
